• Comparable sales may be scarce in rural areas, unique properties, or fast-moving markets, which widens the error range.
• Repair estimates are modeled from your tap-through answers, not a physical inspection. Hidden problems (foundation, sewer, mold, permits) can move costs dramatically.
• Market conditions change. An estimate from last month may not hold today.
• AI-generated content can contain errors and should always be checked.
